Okay, it's nearly two weeks since I walked for more than an hour. And I feel it. Last night I woke at 1.30am and despite drinking chocolate and two trips to the computer to get thoughts out of my head and into notes for a training session that I helped to deliver today, I didn't sleep again.
I'm sure that the lack of exercise has a lot to do with a week which has included two sleepless nights. The snow's still here and freezing again (it's due to be one of the coldest nights of the year) but I've got to get out soon.
